Do you supply the cleaning solutions and equipment?
We do. We’re professional Calgary commercial and residential cleaners, after all! However, if you have particular requirements, we can integrate your cleaning solutions into our services. We bring a portable vacuum cleaner, mop, sponges, rags and cloths, bathroom cleaner, glass and window cleaner, floor cleaner, toilet bowl cleaner, kitchen cleaner for countertops and stainless steel appliances, if required.
How do I pay for your services?
That’s easy! You can book your appointment online by using our e-commerce service. It’s fast, safe and secure, and we accept all major credits or virtual credit cards. If you are unable to pay online, certified cheques or money orders are accepted at the time of your appointment. We do not accept personal cheques. If you are a business and we have a vendor contract with you, we typically invoice monthly. Please see our Terms & Conditions with respect to our payment and booking processes.
Do you clean houses outside Calgary’s city limits?
Yes we do, but travel charges are added to your invoice ($50 per hour).
Do you provide the receipt or invoice for your services?
Absolutely. When you place your order, you will receive a confirmation email with an electronic receipt. If you are paying in person, we will leave you with a prepared invoice and mark it PAID. For company taxation or expense tracking purposes, we can also provide you with an annual invoice.
How many employees will come to my house?
Typically we work in teams of two or four, depending on the size of the residential, commercial, or industrial property.
Do I need to be home?
Not necessarily. If you are unable to leave, we’ll work around your family activities. Most people choose to go out and run errands or work out. We endeavour to keep your home safe while you are out, so we keep the doors locked and we are made aware of your alarm code when you sign on as a client.
Can you clean around my pet?
Pets are an important part of your family. Let us know any particular personality traits to help protect them and our cleaners, as well as any cleaning sensitivity needs they may have. We are not responsible for your pets while we clean, (walking, letting them out, feeding) and we cannot constantly watch to see if they accidentally escape out the door or yard. If you’ve got pet stains, alert us and we’ll take care of it for an extra charge.
How long is your cleaning regimen?
Usually our first visit to your site may take a bit longer, as we give it a great deep clean, but also to acclimatize ourselves to your property. Follow-up visits are usually a bit quicker. Our estimates are usually based on the average time it takes to clean an average sized property (residential, commercial, retail, or industrial). We will work with you ahead of your booking to precisely match our costs to your property requirements. If we see that there are extra costs involved, we will tell you on site and await your approval before that work begins.
