For your convenience we have a flexible schedule seven days a week. MIMO Pro does its best to arrive at your location on time  based on standard traffic and weather conditions. Please note, since is not possible to give a specific time when we will arrive, we will make every effort to meet your needs. We can, at your request, call you ahead of our arrival within 30-60 minutes.


In the case of cancellation or rescheduling of your cleaning service, please provide at least 24 hours notice by calling 587.891.MIMO (6466). We will consider the appointment invalid and no refund will be given if you cancel under 24 hours away from your scheduled appointment.

If for any reason we are not able to get to your location (inclement weather) we will inform you immediately, and reschedule at your earliest convenience.


Our work is guaranteed, however we do not offer a refund of your payment. If you are not satisfied with the quality of our cleaning service, please contact us within 24 hours. We will schedule a return visit to clean the areas you are not happy with at no additional cost.


When you have requested extra services or additional cleaning for your particular cleaning appointment, please call us 24 hours in advance to make sure we reserve the extra time.This will ensure our team is prepared for all the services you require in an efficient manner.


In order to protect our staff from personal injury, we are not able to lift or move any furniture, boxes, equipment, etc., heavier than 16 kg/35 lbs. We can, however, roll out appliances like ovens, fridges, couches, etc. and roll them back into place once the cleaning is completed. If you have heavier equipment that needs cleaning behind it, please move it before our team arrives. If any of our staff feels unsafe in your location (aggressive pets, dangerous equipment, broken items, or caustic chemicals), they will alert you and work with you to find a solution, or make every effort to work around the area.
